Greetings Spartan. You have found us; the Fates...
Are you sure that you want the information we have? What we know doesn’t simply change what you know. What we know changes the fabric of the galaxy...
Forget what you have read, forget what you have seen, you are in our world now, and what we say is so...
We’ll tell you how things really happened, how they happen still, and how things will become, because your in our world now...
There are several sides to every story, your view, their view, what people believe to be the truth, and what really happened...
We know the later, we have always been, and we always will be. We are the record keepers and we know all...
The legends and myths of the ancients still stand with us today, but were they just simple stories? Were there really Gods? Were there really heroes?
We know the answers to these questions, but are you ready to hear what we have to say?
Forget about ancient Greece you know off, that was just a play thing of the self proclaimed Gods of Olympus, a far reaching space faring rac e who discovered earth thousands of years ago.
Earth, or Terra as it wasknownbefore, was deemed to be too insignificant andprimitive to be worth inclusion into Zeus’ intergalactic empire. Oh, he and his brethren toyed with the populace for a short while, literally putting the fear of the Gods into them, but as can be expected, when a primitive race meets advanced society, there will always be some kind of religious fever. Zeus stayed on Terra for but seven days and his legacy is still spoken of all these years later, forever immortalising his mortal flesh.
There are slight essences of truth in the tales you have heard as a child. Yes all of the gods really do exist, just not in the way you thought, but with your patience and our guidance we can help you relearn what you thought you had already learnt.
You ask how we have become the vast people we are today. You can thank Terra and a single island nation. Zeus was so struck by the populace that he took the great city with him. The island nation now orbits a loan star within his domain (and not at the bottom of the ocean as the Terran’s (you) still believe). The city’s people frozen in place, neither here or there, not in time and not out of it; Zeus’ own garden of Eden, one he likes to walk amongst, admiring the beauty and simplicity of the lives they once had.
The island, a once thriving metropolis of the ancients is now nothing more than an oversized metaphoric snow globe, a museum frozen in time. The once lively population now frozen in time, neither living or dead, ageless statues silently screaming in agony for their release, craving the cold hands of death. If one looks hard enough they see tears running down their cheeks.
Zeus admired his plaything so much that he made it law that his race should adopt the fashions and styles of Terra’s ancients. Whilst the city has been declared restricted to all non-Olympians by the self proclaimed God Zeus, his subjects still whisper about the marvel of the ancient city.
Despite the differences in technology, Zeus' people found the tales of Altantis an inspiration.
This of course is none of your concern, not anymore anyway, what’s lost stays lost, until we say it is found, and your world Terra is a place far, far away. A waste of space in space, longer worthy of mention in the archives of Olympus.
Still you persist with knowing more.. You have better things to do, and you know it. But if you must, choose your path, serve the gods, or be their enemy, obey Zeus, or defy Zeus, it’s your decision, choose your destiny.
But remember this is our world; a place for your dreams.
